Vicky holds a degree in Literary and Technical Translation and a Diploma in the Theory and Methodology of TESOL. She also has a degree in Educational Technology. Vicky has been a teacher for over 30 years and is currently working at a bilingual primary school, Buenos Aires English High School, doing digital projects with students, apart from her freelance work.

As well as being the treasurer of LTSIG, she is a member of IATEFL’s Publications Committee.

She authored and tutored New Learning Environments for the Master’s in ELT at Universidad de La Sabana, Colombia, from 2009-2013.

She is the co-author of Teacher Development Interactive: Preparing for the Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT), author of Meeting Point 3 and 4: a guide to digital tools for the Storyline coursebook series, and series consultant for English in Common coursebook series, all for Pearson.

She has written two online professional development courses: the Primary Digital Teacher Training Course and the Secondary Digital Teacher Training Course; she has also written digital projects and materials for Eyes Open and Uncover and she was a consultant for Kid’s Box coursebook series, all for Cambridge University Press.

She is on the advisory committee for OLLReN (Online Language Learning Research Network).

She is also a freelance materials writer, teacher trainer and a presenter at professional development conferences, especially on the integration of ICT for language learning. She has done training for Pearson, CUP, Macmillan and Santillana. Her website is:
