Rob is the owner of Online Language Center and Business Language Training Institute. He is a communication specialist and worldwide speaker and trainer on Business English, Customer Service, Teaching Online, Education Technology, and Presentation Skills. He is the former President of IATEFL Poland, past joint coordinator and co-coordinator of the Web and Online Team for IATEFL BESIG, Online & Video Coordinator for the Visual Arts Circle. He has been a featured speaker for Macmillan, Express, and ELI publishers. He has presented plenaries for numerous teacher associations and universities globally. He also has authored and coauthored several books for EFL and is the founder of the Independent Authors and Publishers. Rob is also the creator of EFLtalks, teachers teaching teachers, nominated for the 2016 British Council's ELTon Award for Innovation in Teacher Resources.
