Letizia currently teaches language teaching at University for Foreigners of Perugia, Italy, and is a former Senior Researcher at INDIRE (National Institute for Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research), Italy. She holds a PhD in Linguistics and recently achieved the national qualification as an associate professor of language teaching. She has far-reaching experience in continuous professional development for teachers, teacher trainers, and head teachers (e-learning courses, blended courses, on the job, workshops, webinars, conferences, etc.). She is a reviewer and a member of the Editorial Board of various peer-reviewed journals. She has published articles in national and international journals and five books on CLIL. She is involved in different working groups and committees at national and international level.
